New Year’s Eve at the Dubbers’
New Year’s was a reasonably quiet affair here at home – with me, Jake, Brendan, and (above, left to right) Jo, Kelly and Bobbie.
We played card games, had several drinks of various species and qualities, ate nibbles – and just generally hung out. A bunch of kiwis in Birmingham, enjoying the end of a decade together.
And all the way along, we listened to music. Cheesy music, mostly – thrown up randomly (and with a couple of repeats) by the iTunes upstairs. Party stuff with a decent proportion of the sounds of home. I thought I’d post the playlist, so that if we ever wanted to recreate that specific party in accurate detail for whatever reason, we could.
