German born, NZ based artist Silent Local is a very low key character, quietly revered by many of New Zealand’s finest and well known musicians.
In his own words, the lead track ‘Step Into His Head’ is a delicate, soulful interpretation of the sunrising over the hills of Bethalls, west Auckland. While ‘Clever Flow’ seals the deal with its moody saxophone, minimal vocal samples, and a Sade type percussive loop.
