If you’ve been following along with this blog for any time at all, you’ll know that I’m involved with and a big supporter of Un-Convention, who organise grassroots and independent music knowledge and networking events around the world.
They asked me to do a video for the Un-Convention Hub website, and just answer a few questions about my career in the music industries, my advice for musicians and all those sorts of things. The video is intended to be one of many that feature the regular faces of Un-Convention events and some knowledgeable and inspiring independent music people.
As usual, it’s a complete honour to get to be part of something like this, so I was more than happy to do it – and I’m delighted that they also said I could post the video here on my blog too.
If any of this is interesting or relevant to you, you should definitely check out the Un-Convention Hub website, which will ultimately have lots more of these sorts of Un-Conversations as well as seminars and information from the nearly 40 Un-Conventions that have happened around the world to date.
