There are some moments direct from ambient, chill-out lounge compilation territory, but actually this hangs together really nicely as an album and can even hold your attention if you want to actually sit and listen to it rather than just have it on.
Cafe owners should download Safe in the Steep Hills immediately. Serve with Eggs Benedict, orange juice, a long espresso and a nice, sunny day outside.
