Spring is here: no leaves, but there are berries
Today’s photo of the day is another bit of high tech, old school photography emulation. This time, it uses the Poladroid app to treat a perfectly ordinary photograph, and make it look like a Polaroid photo.
It’s pretty clever, makes the iconic Polaroid noise, and even makes you wait for it to ‘develop’. I quite like what it does to the image itself too. Don’t worry – I won’t make all of the photos from here on out gimmicky, distressed or retro – but I did want to try this one out.
I took this shot on the way home from the pub, where Jake and I had been for our weekly pint and game of chess. We were talking about the fact that Spring had well and truly arrived, and we stopped to snap the evidence.
