Nothing says Spring like a G&T
It was sufficiently warm and sufficiently bright after 5pm for me to decide it’s definitely Spring – and to me, Spring means a G&T in the back garden after a day of work. So I popped to shops, got all the necessary ingredients, and made this.
Did the trick very nicely. Happy Spring.
