Contacts: I use the built-in 'Synchronise with Google' option in the prefs. By default this gives me bi-directional sync with my phone using GooSync. For mail: IMAP, sorted! For calendars: Google calendars with CalDAV sync in iCal and evolution, and GooSync on the mobile phones (www.goosync.com) For ToDo lists: I currently use the To Do functionality in Mail.app. It's great the way it integrates with the email system -- converting mail messages to tasks etc. It puts the tasks in an IMAP folder so I can get at the tasks anywhere I can access IMAP.
