It&#039;s interesting what Stef says about casual mentoring, that&#039;s really what I&#039;ve been trying to do (and will probably continue to do); not necessarily giving somebody the job title of mentor but instead just learning from anybody I can grab who has more knowledgable, experience and usually intelligence that I do.  It&#039;s true that blogging opens up those opportunities, but I think I&#039;d still try to follow them up face-to-face if I can.

Top tip - try to hold the camera straight ;)  And if you want another new toy, go for an external (directional) mic; the internal one always tends to pick up a lot of traffic noise and made it a bit hard to hear the conversation during that outside interview.]]></description>
