		<description><![CDATA[I hear they whine a lot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You make some interesting points.  At the risk of sounding like my grandmother (but she&#039;s not around any more, so someone has to do it), I lament the general lapse in spelling and grammar.  I refuse to accept that &#039;effect&#039; and &#039;affect&#039; can mean the same thing!  Don&#039;t people know that bad grammar/spelling are aesthetically jarring thereby reducing the impact of the intended message?!]]></description>
