Glad to hear you’ve tried Static online. More people should do that. Not sure of Jarra’s web plans, but I should be talking to him over the next few days, so I’ll mention it if I hear any news.

Is it simply because that which is good, true, obvious and right appeals to them. I am wondering if the high profile “Dr Who” copyright case that the BBC lost a couple of years ago might have had an influence? It seems to me that the ruling in that case left the whole concept of “BBC copyright” in disarray.

Is there a link to your LPFM article? I poked around on the Mediawatch site and could not find it. Typing “LPFM” and “Dubber” into their little search box didn’t help either.

I give Static FM a listen every once in a while (via the net). It’s not quite my taste in music. But Twisted Radio’s 96k stream sounds pretty neat at the moment. I hope Jarra gets his web stream running again. I miss not having Up FM on the net.
